Hi there! My name is Nora and I am a UESCA Certified Running Coach. I will provide research-based, personalized endurance coaching for all abilities and experiences.

Within my coaching certification and experience, I utilize research-based running practices in order to provide you with a reliable foundation of knowledge to help you achieve your goals! My specialty populations are novice and intermediate runners, also including anyone who may be just starting out.

Whether you want to improve your speed, tackle a new distance, or just want to use running to get healthy - having a coach take the time to build a plan specific to you and your goals is one of the best investments you can give yourself.

Why train with a coach?

There are tons of free training programs and resources out there - heck I even have some on this website! So, why hire a coach? The quick version is that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all program because everyone is different.

Although some free programs may follow a safe self-guided structure, it is still not specific to you as an individual and an athlete. Each person handles training differently, have different needs and GOALS. Let your training be unique and treated as such.
