  • Custom training plan with personalized workouts, paces, and distances delivered weekly through Final Surge

  • Weekly pre-hab/stretching routines for injury prevention

  • Initial assessment to establish goals and baseline fitness level      

  • Weekly or Bi-weekly 15-minute phone session (or zoom) to review workouts and ask questions

  • Unlimited plan adjustments

  • Unlimited access via text and email

  • You will also receive a Running PDFs that can  apply to your running immediately to improve your overall running economy and performance if you want/need
