You will get a fully customized program that’s based on:
Where your current fitness level is
Your experience level
What you’re looking to improve
Your life (work, schedule, family, etc.)
Your history with training/running (ie. if you have a history with overtraining, burnout, injuries, successful training cycles, etc.)
For monthly coaching, I will be there too:
Keep you accountable
Pay close attention to your training
Share feedback and ensure you are training smart
Adjust your schedule and paces if needed
Educate, support, AND challenge you
Talk about all things Running!
And I will ALWAYS be in your corner

Custom training plan with personalized workouts, paces, and distances delivered weekly through Final Surge App
Initial assessment to establish goals and baseline fitness level
Bi-weekly 15-minute phone session (or zoom) to review workouts and ask questions
Unlimited plan adjustments
Unlimited access via text and email
You will also receive a Running PDFs that can apply to your running immediately to improve your overall running economy and performance if you want/need
Your goals become my goals, whether that’s running your first mile, or running a qualifying time. I want to support you in your goals and I will do everything in my power to best prepare you (and make sure you have fun along the way)!
